Romans 12:14-21 stresses that God’s people are to absorb wrongdoing, never avenge it. That’s not because vengeance will never happen, but because God will attend to it. So we can be about the business of faithful endurance, even blessing those who persecute us, knowing that all injustice we endure faithfully will either be repented of or avenged.
